What To Expect
On Your First Visit

On your first visit to HealthSource of Avondale, you will be greeted by our friendly staff. They will then assist you in completing your comprehensive health history form. After a tour of the office, you will be introduced to the doctor. Our doctor will then review your health history with you and perform an extensive orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic spinal examination to determine if your condition can be helped by chiropractic care. After the examination, the doctor may need to take x-rays in our state of the art x-ray room. The doctor will then read the x-rays to make sure they are of top quality and make sure there are no conditions seen on x-ray that would indicate any form of emergency referral. You will then be given at home care instructions to assist your condition prior to your report of findings. Our friendly staff will then provide you with your next appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

After the first visit, the doctor will evaluate all exam findings and x-ray results and determine what type of care plan is best for your condition. When you return for your SECOND visit, you will receive a thorough explanation of your exam and x-ray findings. At that time, the doctor will make his care recommendations.

If you have CT scans or MRIs, please bring the films and/or reports with you. This information will be helpful to our doctor in determining your care plan.
